CPT-6372 Data Entry, Inventory and Purchase Order Specialist

Service: Business Support VA
Experience level: Junior - Advanced
Shift Time Zone: EST
Weekly hours: 30
Shift Schedule: between 8:00 AM-3:00 PM PST
Shift Days: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Data entry
• Track and follow purchase order shipment/cancellation dates
• Ensuring our EDI (electronic data interface) Advance Shipping notices are completed with all of the proper information in SPS commerce
• Work with the customer service and operations departments to ensure customers receive updates on their order status (tracking numbers)

Requirements

• Must have familiarity receiving purchase orders in an ERP system
• Must be able to clearly communicate in written English
• Past experience in manufacturing, wholesale, or retail industries preferred
• Can work on a flexible schedule, may require fixed schedule for training
