We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing medical practice. This role will involve administrative support, patient communication, and social media management. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication and organizational skills. We are a functional medicine practice located in Florida, specializing in cash-pay therapies such as hormone replacement, male and female wellness, and regenerative treatments. Our patient base is primarily Spanish-speaking, and we aim to provide personalized and compassionate care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support

  • Manage CRM tasks, including patient follow-ups and updates.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the practice calendar.

Patient Communication

  • Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide assistance to Spanish-speaking patients.
  • Ensure accuracy and privacy when handling patient information.

Social Media Management

  • Monitor and respond to messages on social media platforms.
  • Compile and analyze reports from social media advertisements.
  • Maintain consistent communication with patients through online platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (native-level Spanish preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and electronic health records (training provided if needed).
  • Experience in a medical or customer service setting is advantageous but not required.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic reporting tools (ads/reports, etc)
  • Located in Latin America or native Spanish-speaking regions for cultural compatibility with the patient base.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with patients compassionately.
  • Proactive attitude with minimal need for micromanagement.
  • Experience using RingCentral is a plus.
