SHIFT DAYS: 7-day coverage over multiple VAs

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and monitor real-time orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide voice and chat support to restaurants and drivers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle refund requests and dispute resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Near-native English proficiency and fluency in Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Experience in customer support, food delivery, or logistics is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
