Responsibilities:
- Ensure Product Accuracy Across Platforms
- Monitor and validate product listings on Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Wayfair.com, Target.com, Shopify, and other marketplaces to ensure all details align with the correct product data.
- Cross-check product descriptions, bullet points, imagery, attributes, variants, and pricing with the Product Information Management (PIM) system (Salsify).
- Identify discrepancies between live listings and internal data, taking prompt action to correct any mismatches.
- Content Auditing & Quality Control
- Proactively audit product pages for missing, incomplete, or incorrect data, ensuring consistency across all sales channels.
- Identify autofill errors or misplaced attributes that may have been incorrectly generated by platform systems
- Use critical thinking to flag any product details that seem incorrect, even if they are not flagged by the system.
- Content Management & Updates
- Upload product images, lifestyle images, and other visual content to maintain an engaging and informative product display.
- Manage and execute content update requests across various projects, ensuring timely and accurate revisions.
- Issue Resolution & Ticketing
- Open, track, and escalate support tickets or create cases when product details need to be corrected.
- Understand how to properly submit platform-specific update requests for Amazon Vendor Central and Wayfair Partner Home.
- Follow up on open tickets and work with platform support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Back-End Data Management & Optimization
- Access back-end systems like Amazon Vendor Central and Wayfair Partner Portal to check for missing or new required attributes.
- Identify when new attributes need to be backfilled in the PIM system (Salsify) and collaborate with the internal team to complete the necessary updates.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Conduct weekly reporting and check-ins on content updates, identifying trends or recurring issues that need attention.
- Track the status of submitted tickets and ensure all updates are properly reflected on live listings.
- General Support & Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with the internal eCommerce, marketing, and customer support teams to align product content with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively about issues, solutions, and recommendations for improving product listings.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in product content across multiple platforms.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot content issues and recognize incorrect attributes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple content updates and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for submitting and managing tickets, following up on cases, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Minimum one year of experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Vendor Central.
- Experience with Wayfair Partner Home is a plus.
- Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems, such as Salsify, to ensure data accuracy.
- Ability to navigate back-end systems (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Wayfair Partner Portal) to identify and update missing attributes.
