CPT-6225 Appointment Setter VA (Life Insurance)

REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support VA
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Entry Level
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 10 hours/week
SHIFT TIME ZONE: CST
SHIFT HOURS: Flexible
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential life insurance clients.
• Schedule appointments for life insurance agents or brokers.
• Gather relevant information from clients during initial calls.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and follow-up activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions related to appointments.
• Lead generation for whole life insurance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in appointment setting or telemarketing preferred.
• Familiarity with dialer software (any type) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of life insurance products and terminology.

Software Tools Required/Good to Have

• Any dialer software (e.g., Five9, CallRail, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
