We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media and CRM Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, updating our CRM system, and creating engaging content to showcase our properties and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) with high-quality content, including property listings, community updates, and real estate tips.
  • Utilize existing content and brand guidelines to create visually appealing social media posts and stories.
  • Coordinate with the team to develop and implement a posting schedule that aligns with our marketing objectives and targets the appropriate audience.
  • Review and curate photos and videos provided by agents for use in social media posts and reels.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system (e.g., Compass CRM) with accurate and current client information, property details, and transaction records.
  • Assist agents with organizing and managing leads, tasks, and appointments within the CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with the team to create custom graphics and marketing materials using tools such as Canva.
  • Organize and manage digital assets and documents using Dropbox and Evernote for easy access and retrieval.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, and Facebook for business purposes.
  • Basic graphic design skills with the ability to create visually appealing content using existing templates and brand guidelines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Compass CRM, is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content creation.
  • Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva for graphic design tasks.
  • Familiarity with cloud storage platforms like Dropbox and note-taking applications like Evernote.
