Lead Generation and Prospecting VA

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
      Research and identify potential properties for acquisition.
      Utilize online platforms, databases, and networking to find leads.
      Collect property details, including addresses, owner information, and relevant data.
    • Administrative Tasks:
      Maintain organized records of leads and prospects.
      Assist with data entry, document management, and file organization.
      Coordinate communication with property owners and other stakeholders.
    • Software Tools and Skills:
      Dialer Software:
      Experience with any dialer software (e.g., Mojo Dialer, CallRail, or similar).
      Ability to make outbound calls to property owners and follow up on leads.
      Microsoft Office Tools:
      Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
      Ability to create and manage spreadsheets, documents, and emails.

    Qualifications:

    • Preferred but Not Required:
      Previous experience in sales or real estate.
      Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes.
    • General Skills:
      Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
      Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
      Self-motivated and able to work independently.
      Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
