Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential leads using online resources, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Track and analyze lead generation data to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Cold Calling:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our products or services and build relationships with prospects.
  • Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to potential clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

      Qualifications:

      • Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
      • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

      Preferred Skills:

      • Experience in the industry-specific knowledge, e.g., real estate, digital marketing, etc.
      • Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tools.
      • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
