Responsibilities:

• Store Setup and Configuration:
  Set up and configure dropshipping stores, primarily using Shopify.
  Explore and suggest additional platforms for potential expansion.
• Product Category Management:
  Manage a diverse range of product categories, including pet store products, fashion items, and ebook collections.
  Identify trending products and capitalize on market demands
• Inventory and Supplier Management:
  Coordinate with suppliers for inventory updates and order fulfillment.
  Ensure stock levels are optimized and prevent stockouts.
• Customer Service Excellence:
  Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  Maintain a high standard of customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Product Listing and Optimization:
  Create and optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, and images.
  Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility.
• Marketplace Expansion:
  Explore opportunities for dropshipping in the USA and EU marketplaces.
  Provide insights and recommendations for market-specific strategies.

Requirements

• Dropshipping Expertise: Proven experience and understanding of dropshipping business models.
• eCommerce Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with Shopify and openness to exploring other platforms.
• Product Category Experience: Background in managing various product categories, particularly pet store products, fashion items, and ebooks.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and problem-solving.
• Strong social media expertise, particularly in Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of these platforms and ideally have a substantial following.
