Customer Success Virtual Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Training:
Facilitate seamless onboarding of new clients to the OMS platform.
Conduct thorough training sessions to empower clients in utilizing OMS features.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
Account Management:
Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with the sales team to explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.
Feedback and Improvement:
Gather client feedback for continuous improvement of the OMS platform.
Collaborate with the product team to relay client needs and suggestions.
Renewals and Retention:
Oversee client renewals and focus on high retention rates.
Proactively engage with clients to understand evolving needs.
Communication:
Keep clients informed about OMS updates, features, and best practices.
Provide regular status reports on key metrics and performance
