SHIFT HOURS: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday usually, but may need to report during weekends in exchange for a weekday off

Responsibilities

SEO:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and headers for improved search engine visibility
- Implement technical SEO best practices to enhance website performance and crawlability
- Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles through outreach and link acquisition
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to track progress and identify optimization opportunities
Google Shopping:
- Create and optimize Google Shopping campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Manage Google Merchant Center accounts and product feeds
- Implement conversion tracking and event tracking to measure campaign effectiveness
- A/B test different ad variations and landing pages to maximize results
PPC:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing
- Develop and implement effective ad copy and landing pages
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices and algorithm changes

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results
Strong understanding of technical SEO, backlinking, content optimization, and keyword
research
Experience managing Google Ads accounts and obtaining Google Ads certification
Familiarity with CMS platforms, especially WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify
Excellent analytical skills and ability to track and report on performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working for a US-based e-commerce business.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A passion for e-commerce and digital marketing
Huge Plus: Proficient in tracking and implementation via GTM, GA4, conversion tracking, event tracking, pixel implementation, and tech-savvy with code implementation.

Software and Tools

Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Moz, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello.
Experience with Search Console, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4(GA4)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
