  • Provide customer service support via email and limited phone communication.
  • Manage and update databases efficiently.
  • Edit and create basic content using Canva and ChatGPT.
  • Schedule and post content on social media platforms.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service and virtual assistance preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
