- Provide customer service support via email and limited phone communication.

- Schedule and post content on social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service and virtual assistance preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
