20four7VA is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can execute creative strategies, engage audiences, and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms.

The primary focus of this role will be content creation, audience engagement, strategic planning, and performance tracking to grow brand presence, increase engagement, and drive leads. The ideal candidate should be innovative, detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of creativity and execution.

This position offers long-term career growth as we look to refine our social media operations through automation and strategic content marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create high-quality graphics, short-form videos, carousels, reels, and interactive content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Repurpose viral and trending content within our industry, ensuring relevance and adding unique value.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to implement a consistent posting schedule and brand tone.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media features to incorporate into our strategy.

2. Social Media Management & Engagement

  • Actively engage with followers, influencers, and target audiences by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
  • Research and execute a daily engagement plan that includes:
    • Liking, commenting, and interacting with industry-related accounts.
    • Connecting with influencers and brands for partnerships and collaborations.
    • Managing and interacting in relevant groups, forums, and communities.
  • Monitor brand mentions and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Initiate direct outreach to potential partners, podcasters, publications, and media outlets to expand visibility.

3. Social Media Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyze content performance using platform analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
  • Track KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, impressions, and conversions, and provide reports to management.
  • Optimize content strategy based on performance data to ensure continued audience growth and interaction.
  • Monitor competitors’ social media activities and provide insights on how we can outperform them.

4. Automation & Efficiency Enhancement

  • Assist in the transition to automated scheduling and engagement tools (GoHighLevel, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Implement automated responses and lead capture mechanisms to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure content calendars and schedules are organized, structured, and aligned with campaign goals.

5. Brand Awareness & Growth Initiatives

  • Brainstorm and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, visibility, and lead generation.
  • Work with the team to develop contests, giveaways, and interactive content to boost engagement.
  • Research potential news publications, blogs, podcasts, and influencer collaborations for PR and content syndication opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Creative Skills

✔ Proven experience managing business social media accounts (at least 2 years)
✔ Expertise in content creation (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other editing tools)
✔ Strong writing & communication skills (ability to craft engaging captions, replies, and content descriptions)
✔ Knowledge of viral marketing tactics and social media trends
✔ Experience with scheduling & analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
✔ Basic knowledge of automation tools (GoHighLevel, Zapier, AI chatbots, or related software is a plus)

✔ Experience working with AI-based social media automation or GoHighLevel CRM
✔ Understanding of SEO & content marketing strategies to enhance social media growth
✔ Prior experience in digital marketing, influencer outreach, or social media PR campaigns
✔ Background in graphic design, video editing, or copywriting

Work Schedule & Expectations

📍 Full-time position (40 hours per week)
⏳ Work hours are flexible, but must be available for check-ins and team meetings
💬 Must be responsive to team communication via Skype/Teams, email, or project management tools (ClickUp/Trello)
📊 Weekly performance reports and KPIs must be presented to the manager
