Lead Generation VA

Responsibilities:

• Outreach to Small Businesses:
  Proactively reach out to small businesses via phone calls.
  Engage in professional conversations to assess their interest in funding opportunities.
  Qualify leads based on specific criteria.
• Transfer and Follow-Up:
  If a business expresses interest, transfer the call to the appropriate team member (usually me) for further discussion.
  Schedule follow-up calls or appointments as needed.
• Lead Generation:
  Utilize your own lead generation techniques to identify potential clients.
  Leverage existing databases and tools to find relevant contacts.
  Collaborate with me to refine lead lists and strategies.
• Script Implementation:
  Use provided scripts effectively during calls.
  Adapt and personalize scripts to engage prospects authentically.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience in lead generation or telemarketing is preferred.

Software Tools Required/Good to Have Knowledge:

• Lead Generation Tools:
  While any lead generation tools are acceptable, experience with popular platforms such as Hunter, Clearbit, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous.
• Spreadsheet Software:
  Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for organizing and managing lead data.
• Dialer Software:
  Comfort using dialer software to efficiently make outbound calls.
