Responsibilities
- Answering Calls: Handle incoming calls, providing assistance and resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Creating Repair Estimates: Develop accurate repair estimates for clients based on provided data and information.
- Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities and establish initial contact.
- Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs or concerns.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information, project details, and other relevant data into the Jobber CRM system.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Sales and Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, close sales, and provide post-sale support to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Jobber CRM or similar software.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and project management.
