We are a sleep apnea treatment company seeking a dedicated Patient Support Specialist to assist patients and drive successful treatment outcomes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in patient outreach, sales support, and customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Outreach and Sales Support
    • Contact patients via phone, email, and text to encourage the completion of sleep studies and dental impressions.
    • Provide detailed explanations of treatment options, including the benefits of our services.
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional services or products that can enhance patient outcomes.
    • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and objections, guiding them toward successful treatment completion.
  • Customer Support
    • Respond promptly to patient inquiries regarding sleep apnea, treatment options, and company policies.
    • Provide excellent customer service, fostering strong, trusting relationships with patients.
    • Assist in resolving patient issues, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
    • Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, ensuring all communications are logged in the CRM.
  • Data Management
    • Update patient records and track progress within the Salesforce CRM.
    • Monitor patient compliance with sleep study requirements.
    • Generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient outreach and sales activities.
  • Dental Impression Kit Management
    • Provide clear instructions on how to use dental impression kits.
    • Follow up with patients to ensure the timely return of completed kits.
    • Coordinate shipping and logistics for dental impression kits.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on sales and customer support.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, specifically Salesforce.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care is a plus.
  • Experience in telehealth or healthcare is nice to have but not required.
