Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to homeowners in foreclosure and present our services.
- Schedule appointments with potential clients for consultations.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up actions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting goals.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective calling strategies.
- Stay informed about the real estate market and foreclosure processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and foreclosure processes is required
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other calling tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
