Responsibilities
- Ordering of Stock:
- Manage and process stock orders to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
- Dispatch of Stock:
- Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of stock to ensure timely delivery.
- Ordering of Ingredients:
- Order necessary ingredients for production, ensuring timely procurement and optimal stock levels.
- Liaise with Stock on Hand:
- Communicate with team members to monitor and manage current stock levels.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all stock movements are tracked and recorded.
- Inventory Reporting:
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights and recommendations for inventory management.
- Invoicing:
- Prepare and issue invoices for stock transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconciliation:
- Perform inventory reconciliation to ensure inventory records match physical stock counts.
Software Knowledge Needed
- Familiarity with Amazon and similar platforms for inventory management and order processing.
