Responsibilities

  • Account Management:
    • Manage day-to-day operations for Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts in Home and Kitchen Supplies.
    • Resolve account-related issues, including performance notifications, suspensions, and account health matters.
    • Handle listing issues such as suppressed or inactive listings, ensuring all products are live and optimized.
  • Listings Management:
    • Optimize product listings to enhance visibility and sales performance
    • Monitor and adjust product listings based on market trends and competitive analysis.
    • Ensure compliance with Amazon's listing policies and guidelines.
  • Amazon PPC Campaigns:
    • Create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns for Home and Kitchen supplies.
    • Conduct keyword research and bid management to maximize ROI.
    • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • 4.    A+ Content / EBC Creation:
    • (Preferred) Create, design, and upload A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) to improve product presentation and conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with designers or use existing tools to create visually appealing and informative product detail pages.
    • Ensure all content meets Amazon’s quality standards and enhances the customer shopping experience.
  • 5.    Data Analysis:
    • Analyze sales data and campaign metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular reports on account performance, listing health, and PPC campaign results.
    • Implement data-driven strategies to enhance overall account performance.
  • 6.    Vendor Central Management:
    • Manage vendor agreements, orders, and shipments within Amazon Vendor Central.
    • Address any issues related to purchase orders, inventory, and chargebacks.Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce websites/portals.

Requirements

  • Amazon Seller & Vendor Central Expertise: Proven experience managing both Seller and Vendor Central accounts on Amazon.
  • PPC Campaign Management: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaign creation, management, and optimization.
  • Listings Optimization: Expertise in optimizing Amazon product listings for maximum visibility and sales.
  • A+ Content / EBC Creation (Preferred): Experience in creating and uploading A+ Content or Enhanced Brand Content.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to effectively resolve account and listing issues in a timely manner.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales data, campaign performance, and account health metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Full-time Availability: Ability to commit to a full-time schedule.
