I’m seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Business Support VA to help manage operations, assist with current client work, and support systems-building as I grow my digital services business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support four active client accounts
- Update and maintain websites (basic content edits, landing pages)
- Set up and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)
- Draft client communications and follow-ups
- Track project timelines and manage task flow
- Assist with automation and tech tools like Vendasta, Zapier, and ChatGPT
- Prepare/send invoices, track payments, and support client onboarding
- Begin documenting internal workflows and SOPs immediately
Qualifications:
- Strong admin and organizational skills
- Tech-comfortable, especially with Zapier, ChatGPT, and Vendasta (or a quick learner)
- Great communicator and detail-oriented
- Able to take initiative and provide process improvement suggestions
Expectations:
- Must be able to deliver most tasks turnaround in 48 -72 hours
- Should be comfortable starting to create SOPs while learning the systems
- The goal is to fully support onboarding and delivery coordination for clients as we grow
