Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and organize meetings, set reminders, and ensure appointments are not missed.
  • Email Management: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails across multiple accounts.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Assist with invoicing using Bonsai software and send payment reminders.
  • Task & Document Organization: Maintain digital files and keep essential records up to date.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide assistance with business operations, including reminders for bill payments and managing small tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in email and calendar management (Google Suite preferred).
  • Familiarity with Bonsai software or similar invoicing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
