We are a sleep apnea treatment company seeking a dedicated Patient Support Specialist to assist patients and drive successful treatment outcomes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in patient outreach, sales support, and customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Patient Outreach and Sales Support
Contact patients via phone, email, and text to encourage the completion of sleep studies and dental impressions.
Provide detailed explanations of treatment options, including the benefits of our services.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services or products that can enhance patient outcomes.
Address patient inquiries, concerns, and objections, guiding them toward successful treatment completion. - Customer Support
Respond promptly to patient inquiries regarding sleep apnea, treatment options, and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service, fostering strong, trusting relationships with patients.
Assist in resolving patient issues, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, ensuring all communications are logged in the CRM. - Data Management
Update patient records and track progress within the Salesforce CRM.
Monitor patient compliance with sleep study requirements.
Generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient outreach and sales activities. - Dental Impression Kit Management
Provide clear instructions on how to use dental impression kits.
Follow up with patients to ensure the timely return of completed kits.
Coordinate shipping and logistics for dental impression kits.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on sales and customer support.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care is a plus.
- Experience in telehealth or healthcare is nice to have but not required.
