We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to support our digital marketing and SEO business. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO optimization, content creation, keyword research, and lead generation. This role will primarily focus on SEO tasks but will also include researching and compiling potential leads into a spreadsheet for outreach purposes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform SEO optimization for content following the provided guidelines.
- Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into content.
- Create, edit, and manage content based on client briefs or from scratch.
- Research and compile leads into spreadsheets for outreach and marketing purposes.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and organize data in an easy-to-access format.
- Maintain accuracy and organization of lead generation data.
- Assist with additional SEO-related tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in SEO, content creation, and keyword research.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Experience in lead generation, specifically in researching and compiling leads into spreadsheets.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and SEO platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
