REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Senior to Advanced

MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 20 hours (will increase depending on performance appraisal after 3 months and 6 months)

SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST

SHIFT HOURS: 9 AM to 1 PM after training period. 7 AM to 11 AM during provisional and training period

SHIFT DAYS: M-F


Primary Tasks

Outreach and Lead Generation:
Initiate outreach efforts through calls, emails, and social media platforms to target potential clients.
Craft persuasive messages and maintain a consistent brand voice in all communications.

Progress Monitoring:
Monitor and track the progress of outreach efforts using appropriate tools.
Analyze outreach data to identify trends and make informed adjustments to strategies.

Lead Conversion and Pipeline Management:
Drive the conversion of outreach leads into interest and opportunities.
Manage CRM pipelines for assigned sales funnels to ensure leads progress through the sales cycle.

Data Entry and File Management:
Accurately input data into CRM systems and other databases.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to business development activities.

Appointment Setting and Backup Support:
Set appointments for the partner program and manage associated schedules.
Serve as backup for consultation calls and discovery calls when needed.

Utilization of Sales Tools:
Utilize Sales Navigator and CRM systems to execute marketing and sales campaigns.
Leverage CRM and email platforms to generate and manage leads.

Competitor Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research to analyze competitor service offerings, strengths, and weaknesses.
Identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our service offerings.

Reports Creation and Presentation:
Compile research findings and data into comprehensive reports.
Prepare visually engaging presentations for internal discussions and client presentations.

Adhoc Research, Trial and Collaboration:
Conduct research for adhoc projects to generate additional leads and insights.
Collaborate with other departments, particularly marketing, to identify areas for improvement.
Try out new channels and avenues in creating new leads for the company
Be able to map out the process of additional channel for endorsement to other departments if found to be successful

Project Conceptualization Support:
Wear multiple hats by assisting in initial tasks to conceptualize and launch new projects.
Help visualize project ideas before handing them over to other departments.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in researching competitors, generating leads, managing outreach, collaborating with departments, and supporting various sales and marketing activities. This role requires a multi-faceted individual capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities, from research to sales, to contribute to the successful launch of projects.


Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, sales, marketing, research, or related roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English proficiency is at least C+ (spoken and written English)
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools such as Sales Navigator or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confident in doing business pitches and collaborating with clients, internal departments, and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Enjoys trying out new things, improving business processes, keeping up to industry trends and current best practices of staffing, research etc.
  • Trust-worthy and able to keep confidential information
  • Tech literate and Internet browsing efficient
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for business development purposes.
