Tasks

  • Patient Interaction: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and messages from patients in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
    Schedule appointments, provide appointment reminders, and assist with patient inquiries.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of patient appointments using our practice management software. Ensure optimal scheduling efficiency while accommodating patient preferences.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, organizing patient documents, and managing office supplies.
  • Communication Liaison: Facilitate effective communication between patients and medical staff, ensuring messages are relayed accurately and promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and accuracy in all interactions and tasks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
