Podcast VA

Responsibilities:

• Podcast Editing (Audio and Video):
  Edit podcast episodes to enhance audio quality, remove background noise, and ensure smooth transitions.
  Sync audio with video for video podcast episodes.
  Add relevant intros, outros, and music.

• Creating Shorts from Posted Podcasts:
  Extract engaging snippets from full podcast episodes.
  Optimize these snippets for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter).
  Add captions or subtitles as needed.

• Podcast Promotion:
  Collaborate with the client to develop promotional strategies.
  Create teaser videos or trailers for upcoming podcast episodes.
  Share podcast content across various channels (social media, newsletters, etc.).

• Social Media Management:
  Manage social media accounts related to the podcast.
  Schedule and publish posts, engage with followers, and respond to comments.
  Monitor analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  

Software Tools Required/Good to Have Knowledge:

• CapCut: Proficiency in using CapCut for video editing and creating engaging content.

• Adobe Photoshop (PS): Basic knowledge of Photoshop for image editing and graphics.

• Microsoft Office (MS Office): Familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for administrative tasks.

• Adobe Illustrator: Good to have knowledge for creating custom graphics and visual elements.
