We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with expertise in social media management and marketing, preferably with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing multiple social media platforms, and helping to establish a strong online presence for our team. Prior experience working with Compass agents and familiarity with their platform is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including reels, videos, and other multimedia.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and potentially expand to other platforms).
- Assist in building and executing online marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and provide reports with insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Preferably has worked with real estate companies and understands industry-specific marketing trends.
- Strong content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, reels, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media growth strategies and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Compass platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
