      Responsibilities:

      1. Configuring and maintaining the CRM system, including adding new users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing updates and upgrades.
      2. Providing training and support to other employees on how to use the CRM system.
      3. Developing reports and dashboards to provide insights on customer behavior and engagement.
      4. Collaborating with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that the CRM system is being used effectively and to identify areas for improvement.
      5. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer data and interactions.
      6. Helping to implement new sales and marketing campaigns by developing segmented lists of target customers and tracking their engagement.

      Qualifications:

      1. Strong project management skills, to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
      2. 3+ years of experience working in a similar role
      3. Experience with CRM software and databases. This includes both an understanding of how CRM systems work and the ability to use tools like SQL to extract data from them.
      4. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. This allows the CRM analyst to present their findings in an easy-to-understand way.
      5. Knowledge of Excel or other spreadsheet software. This is a key tool for analyzing data, and a CRM analyst should be comfortable with it.
      6. Analytical skills are also important for a CRM analyst, including:
      7. The ability to take large amounts of data and distill it into actionable insights.
      8. Strong problem-solving skills, to identify issues and develop solutions.
      9. The ability to think critically, question assumptions, and come to unbiased conclusions.


      In addition to technical and analytical skills, a CRM analyst should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, including:
      10. The ability to communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
      11. A graduate degree in a field such as computer science, business, marketing, or information technology is a plus
