RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Message Management: Receive, organize, and relay messages to appropriate parties in a timely and efficient manner.
- Quote Preparation: Generate and deliver accurate homeowner and auto insurance quotes to prospective clients, addressing any inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Policy Renewals: Manage and coordinate insurance policy renewal processes, ensuring timely communication and continuity of coverage.
- Client Outreach: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates, reminders for payments, and address any service or policy-related needs.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote and offer additional insurance products, including homeowner and auto insurance, tailored to client needs.
