Responsibilities
As a Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients in specific target markets. Your primary duties will include:
- Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients through online directories, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Utilize cold calling and email outreach to connect with potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria, such as company size, industry, and budget.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Coordinate appointment times and send out meeting invites.
- Ensure smooth communication between leads and the sales team.
- Follow-up:
- Follow up with leads who have not yet converted to ensure continued engagement.
- Respond to inquiries and provide additional information as needed.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
