We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Shopify and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This role involves assisting with various administrative, marketing, and operational tasks to help improve efficiency and business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media ads
- Manage and update the Shopify store promotions
- Conduct market research to identify trends and optimize marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior
- Help with order processing and customer support inquiries
- Collaborate on SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to marketing performance and customer engagement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience with Shopify and e-commerce marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid ads, SEO, and email marketing
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with project management tools and analytics platforms is a plus
