Lead Gen VA

Responsibilities:

  • Contact and Qualify Leads:
    Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
    Assess their needs, understand their business, and determine if they are a good fit for our MCA services.
    Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
  • Lead Generation:
    Conduct research to identify potential leads. Avoid using leads in MCA industry.
    Utilize various platforms and tools to find relevant businesses seeking financing.
    Create a pipeline of prospective clients by consistently sourcing new leads.
  • Cold Calling:
    Make outbound calls to leads.
    Introduce our services, explain the benefits of MCA, and address any initial queries.
    Schedule follow-up calls or appointments with interested prospects.
  • Application Assistance:
    Assist merchants in completing our MCA application form.
    Guide them through the process, ensuring accurate and complete information.
    Submit completed applications to our internal team.

Software Tools Required/Good to Have Knowledge:

  • MCA Experience (Preferred, but Not Required):
    Understanding of the Merchant Cash Advance industry, including terms, processes, and requirements.
    Knowledge of underwriting criteria and risk assessment.
  • Finance Experience (Preferred, but Not Required):
    Basic understanding of financial concepts, such as revenue, cash flow, and creditworthiness.
    Ability to analyze financial statements or business data.
  • RingCentral or Any Dialer Experience:
    Familiarity with phone systems, call tracking, and managing call logs.
    Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Basic MS Office Tools:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    Ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and emails.
  • Lead Generation Tools (Desirable):
    Familiarity with tools or platforms used for lead generation.
    Ability to research and identify potential clients effectively.
