Job Title: eCommerce Support VA
Responsibilities:
- Invoice Parsing: Convert PDF invoices into structured data and accurately enter them into Google Sheets.
- Matching UPCs to Product Titles: Ensure consistency and accuracy by cross-referencing product Universal Product Codes (UPCs) with their corresponding titles.
- Data Entry in Google Sheets: Maintain organized and up-to-date records by entering relevant information into Google Sheets.
Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Must possess excellent attention to detail to avoid errors during data entry.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets: Familiarity with Google Sheets and the ability to navigate and manipulate data within the platform.
- PDF Handling Skills: Knowledge of working with PDF files, including extracting relevant information.
Preferred Skills (Good to have):
Experience with other spreadsheet software or data management tools.
Basic understanding of accounting principles (for invoice parsing).
