Responsibilities:
● Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for our
blog, client websites, and other digital platforms.
● Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and
high-ranking keywords for content optimization.
● SEOBestPractices: Stay on top of SEO trends and best practices to ensure content
aligns with search engine algorithms and attracts organic traffic.
● Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the content team to lead and mentor the
team, aligning content strategy with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
● Content Planning: Participate in content planning sessions to generate ideas and
develop a content calendar that aligns with our client’s objectives.
● Quality Control: Ensure all content is error-free, well-structured, and aligns with the
company's brand voice and guidelines.
● Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor content to
identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
● Customer Service Excellence: Work closely with clients to understand their goals,
preferences, and expectations.Prioritize customer service by addressing client inquiries,
feedback, and concerns promptly. Strive for excellence in client satisfaction, ensuring a
positive and professional experience throughout the content creation process
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as an SEO Content Writer or similar role.
● Experience working with a team of SEO Content Writers to create content for websites
and blogs.
● Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
● Excellent writing and editing skills, with an ability to create compelling and error-free
content.
● Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
● Extremely organized and detail oriented.
● Experience in Customer Service and working with clients to achieve SEO content goals.
● Previous experience in a management role is a plus
