Responsibilities
- YouTube Channel Management
Upload and schedule daily YouTube videos and Shorts
Write compelling video titles, descriptions, and captions optimized for SEO
Research and implement high-ranking keywords, tags, and hashtags
Create eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that boost engagement
Monitor analytics and adjust strategy for growth - Social Media Support (as needed)
Repurpose YouTube content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Assist with scheduling and posting on other platforms
Optimize video content for different audiences
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing YouTube channels with SEO expertise
- Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools for thumbnail creation
- Strong copywriting skills for engaging video descriptions and captions
- Ability to analyze YouTube analytics and adjust content strategies
- Knowledge of social media trends and video optimization for multiple platforms
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently
