CPT-10036 Senior Artworker & Creative Designer

Independent Contractor – [Marketing VA/Junior - Advanced Level] (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Artworker with exceptional technical ability, creative flair, and a meticulous eye for detail. You’ll play a key role in developing, formatting, and delivering artwork across multiple areas — from patterned prints and brochures to greeting cards, digital assets, and social media visuals.

This is a hands-on, creative position suited to someone who thrives on variety, can juggle multiple projects, and takes pride in producing flawless, brand-led design work.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Creative Artwork & Design

Create and develop patterned prints and graphics using existing artwork and new creative elements.
Produce high-quality, print-ready artwork for greeting cards, templates, brochures, flyers, and packaging.
Work confidently across Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Produce coloured drawings, illustrations, and visual assets that align with the brand aesthetic.
Combine different Illustrator tools and techniques to achieve sophisticated results.
Maintain excellent colour accuracy, layout precision, and attention to detail across all files.

Marketing & Digital

Design and format monthly newsletters, ensuring visuals align with brand tone and campaigns.
Create and schedule at least three social media posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Daily stories.
Develop engaging content such as GIFs, reels, and short videos for social media.
Support digital growth by designing creative assets that increase engagement and reach.

Brand & Collaboration

Ensure all artwork is consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Work closely with the creative director to evolve and expand the brand aesthetic.
Manage files and artwork efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain workflow clarity.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

Expert-level Adobe Illustrator (pattern design, vector artwork, advanced layering, colour management).
Strong working knowledge of InDesign (layout, formatting, typography).
Experience in producing print-ready artwork and understanding of print processes.
Skilled in creating graphics, patterns, and hand-drawn illustrations.
Excellent eye for design, typography, and composition.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work

All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
