      Responsibilities:

      Social Media Management:

      Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

      Scheduling & Posting: Schedule and post content across social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.

      Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms to foster a strong community.

      Analytics: Track and analyze social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, and YouTube Analytics. Provide regular reports and insights to improve engagement and growth.

      Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the content is relevant and engaging.

      Follower Monitoring: Track and analyze the growth of followers across social media platforms.

      Video Editing:

      Editing: Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube content.

      Effects & Transitions: Add effects, transitions, and animations to enhance video content.

      Audio Synchronization: Sync audio tracks and add background music or sound effects where necessary.

      Quality Control: Ensure all video content meets the brand’s quality standards and is optimized for each platform.

      Image Editing:

      Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, thumbnails, and images for social media posts.

      Photo Editing: Edit and enhance photos using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva.

      Brand Consistency: Ensure all images and graphics are consistent with the brand’s style and guidelines.

      Audio Editing:

      Editing: Edit audio tracks for podcasts, videos, and other multimedia content.

      Noise Reduction: Use tools to remove background noise and improve audio quality.

      Mixing: Mix multiple audio tracks to create a polished final product.

      Consistency: Ensure audio levels are consistent across all content.

      Requirements:

      Experience: Proven experience in social media management, video editing, image editing, and audio editing.

      Skills: Proficient in using social media management tools, video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva), and audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition).

      Creativity: Strong creative skills and an eye for detail.

      Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

      Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms as needed.
