Responsibilities

Create engaging video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and TikTok.
Edit and enhance raw footage to produce visually compelling videos that align with our clients' branding and messaging.
Utilize graphic design tools and software to develop eye-catching visuals, including graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and concepts for video content.
Ensure that all content produced adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and graphic design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements

Must have experience assisting real estate tasks (ie. video editing/graphic design for real estate professionals/firms/companies)
Proven experience as a video editor and graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Excellent creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective video specifications and best practices.
