Podcast VA

Responsibilities:

• Podcast Notes Management:
  Copy podcast notes from the website to podcast hosts.
  Ensure accurate and consistent transfer of information.

• Podcast Compilation and Upload:
  Create podcast compilations by editing and arranging podcast episodes.
  Upload compiled episodes to the designated platforms (e.g., podcast hosting services, YouTube, etc.).

• Scheduling and Ad Placement:
  Schedule podcast releases according to the content calendar and instructions.
  Place midroll ads within podcast episodes as per the philosophy and guidelines.

• Archive Feeds Maintenance:
  Regularly update archive feeds to keep them current.
  Ensure proper categorization and organization of past episodes.

• Audiogram Creation:
  Design eye-catching audiograms to promote podcast episodes on social media platforms.
  Use relevant audio editing software to create engaging visual content.

• YouTube Shorts Production:
  Create short video clips (YouTube Shorts) from podcast episodes.
  Optimize content for YouTube algorithms and audience engagement.

• YouTube Channel Management:
  Assist in managing the podcast’s YouTube channel.
  Understand YouTube algorithms, ads, and best practices.
  

Software Tools Required/Good to Have Knowledge:

• YouTube Insights:
  Familiarity with YouTube analytics and algorithms.
  Understanding of YouTube ad placements and monetization.

• Audio Editing Software:
  Proficiency in using audio editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, etc.).
  Ability to edit podcast audio for quality and clarity.
