Job Details: Product Specialist

This position is responsible for managing product information across various online platforms. The role involves ensuring product details are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for the respective platforms by performing the key responsibilities as indicated below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product information using Jacuzzi’s Product Information Management (PIM) systems ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with various departments and staff, including Product Managers, Channel Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Brand to gather accurate product details and supporting artifacts from across multiple Jacuzzi brands and business units.
  • Facilitate product enrichment process with Product Managers and Marketing teams including categories, marketing content, images, videos, pricing, regional availability, and eCommerce attributes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate publishing of product information to online channels and syndication partners.
  • Ensure consistency of product information across consumer channels.
  • Optimize product listings for SEO, including working with Product Managers to refine product categories and taxonomy.
  • Provide training and support to end users of the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
  • Coordinate PIM enhancements and integrations with Digital Engineering and IT teams.


Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems, inriver preferred.
  • Intermediate to expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data transformation.
  • Ability to read and interact with Microsoft Excel (XLSX), CSV, JSON, and XML files.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with others across global regions and time zones.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms required, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C) preferred.
  • Familiarity with SFTP and file transfer tools.
