Digital Advertising Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ad Campaign Management:
  Develop and manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Nextdoor, Facebook, and eventually Google.
  Customize campaigns to reach specific target audiences based on demographics, location, and service needs.
• Performance Optimization:
  Conduct ongoing A/B testing to compare campaign variations and identify the most effective strategies.
  Continuously refine campaign performance to eliminate wasted time and budget.
• Expertise & Execution:
  Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in designing, launching, and analyzing ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  Stay up-to-date on trends and changes within advertising platforms to ensure campaigns remain effective and compliant with industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization.
• Data analysis skills to interpret campaign metrics and implement necessary adjustments.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of the septic repair industry is a plus but not required.
